All About Sunbury Accord
Sunbury Accord was formed in the early 1990's by an ex-patient of the Mental Health Unit at Ashford Hospital.
Sunbury Accord is run as a self-help group, and has its own Chair, Committee and band of volunteers and helpers.
Sunbury Accord is supported by a grant from Surrey County Council Social Services, and covers the Spelthorne area, although users from other areas are welcome.
Sunbury Accord is a very welcoming and friendly social group, most of whose members have experienced mental health problems at some point in their lives.
Sunbury Accord also offers the services of its own Advocacy worker, who can provide support, advice and information to members of Sunbury Accord.
